Who builds this.
I am Bayanda, the founder of sparcility. I work with two kinds of owners who have the same problem in different clothes: coaches whose method only earns when they are in the room, and real estate teams who lose deals in the follow-up gap. In both cases the thing that makes the money already exists. It just is not finished, and it is not running without you. My job is to finish it and run it, so you stay the expert and the face.
For coaches, you keep teaching and recording in your own voice; I turn it into the product and build and run everything around it: the course, the payments, the delivery, and the follow-up. For real estate teams, the follow-up runs itself, in your voice, wired to the CRM you already use. I build the whole thing to a real, checkable standard, and I use AI behind the scenes to handle the repeatable parts so it ships in weeks and keeps running without you. You never have to learn any of it.
If it helps to see how I work before we talk, my code library is public and open source at github.com/sondersos/claude-skills-cookbook, and there is a free tool below that shows the cost of the follow-up gap in real numbers.
"Most engineers can implement solutions when given a problem. He identifies the problem first."
